Looking to the Future
On Wednesday the 17th of October, the year 4s and their parents came to GEMS to find out more about the school. There were lots of things going on in the school; while you walked around, there were buskers playing their instruments and when you went to the science lab, there were experiments going on. There was also art going on in the art room and Devil Ball in the gym as well as many other fun activities.

While this was going on, the year 8s went to another open evening at the Gosforth Academy. We got to look around the Academy by ourselves. And because we had no idea where we were going, we got lost, a lot. There were many cool things going on; in languages, there was food, in science there were experiments and there was music and drama being performed in the music and drama rooms. We left thinking it was a really good school and that we’re probably going to get lost quite a bit in the future.
