Key trip: Flamingo Land and Kaspa’s

For our Key project this term, we have used our £500 to go to Kaspa’s and visit Flamingo Land.

On the 26th June, we got on a minibus and headed off to Flamingo Land. Each person in our Key group brought along a friend. It was a lovely, hot day when we arrived and we all had fun on rollercoasters and water rides. We even got stuck on the log flume! It was loads of fun and everyone enjoyed a full day of rides and ice cream.

On the 2nd July, our Key group headed off to the much-awaited trip to Kaspa’s. We left after an early lunch and enjoyed plenty of ice cream, milkshakes, crepes and cookies. We were all really full afterwards, but it was worth it!

We all thoroughly enjoyed our trip to both Kaspa’s and Flamingo Land. Thank you, Key, for giving us this opportunity and supporting our ideas. We are all thankful that we were able to go ahead with our plans with only a school term left.

We hope to be able to do more projects in the High School, as we get along as a group and would love to do more projects to help us and the community. Many thanks again, ACTNAMS.
