Survey for Parents of Year 5 Pupils
We would appreciate it if parents of children in Year 5 could complete the below survey containing just three straightforward questions. It should only take a couple of minutes to complete and it will help us to review what we do for new pupils to ensure transition to middle school works well for both parents and pupils.
We are delighted with the way in which our new Year 5 pupils have settled into GEMS. We always try and make the transition as smooth as possible for all new Year 5 pupils, however we always want to know if we can improve on what we do.
