GEMS got involved because it is an excellent charity. Some of the students have done this run before and said it’s really fun.
We interviewed Mrs Bullock and asked her a few questions. She said that it was the third year that GEMS had been involved and as well as supporting this excellent cause it was a way of getting GEMS more active. She said how well the race was organised and, although she had not timed her run, she had trained. The best thing for her in the Gregg’s goodie bag was the much needed water because she had given the gingerbread man to her lucky daughter.
The cancer run is fun for all ages and raises money for children that have cancer. We can’t wait for Cancer Run 2018.
