From Wednesday 8th March to Friday 10th March, over thirty Year 5 children went to Robinwood Activity Centre. The weather was dry and sunny and we all had loads of fun.

Some activities that Year 5 did were Dungeon of Doom, Piranha Pool, Trapeze, Giant Swing and many, many more.

In Piranha Pool, Year 5 were stuck in a room with a pool and had 45 minutes to solve the puzzle before the piranhas in the cages were released. The puzzle was to find out codes for padlocks in order to get out. In Giant Swing, you were clipped to a giant swing. Then, people would pull a rope to elevate you. After that, you would pull on a teddy bear called Pooh and the swing would go down. It was lots of fun. On the trapeze you had to climb up a climbing wall and get as high as you can to then jump off a ledge and grab an iron bar.

We asked Sonny from 5NSK what he would rate Robinwood out of 10 and he said: “I liked it, I’d rate it a 9.’  We also asked Rosie from 5SM what her favourite activity was and she said: “I liked the Trapeze.”

Everyone who went to Robinwood enjoyed themselves, even Phoebe Butler who ended up on crutches!!
