On the 11th of November 2016, in the afternoon, we walked to Gosforth Central for our exciting visit. We were going to meet Robin Stevens. She is the author of the one, the only, Murder Most Unladylike series! This series is absolutely out of this dimension.
In her speech Robin Stevens talked mostly about her life. When she was younger she was very bright and she went to a posh girls’ school which she did not like because it wasn’t very interesting. As she was going through school she fell in love with murder…. Well murder books and she decided to take her place as an author of books in her favourite genre.
Lots of pupils from GEMS have read or are reading this series, girls and boys. If you want to find out what all the fuss is about, they are available in the school library.
