Getting a Golden Ticket for the Crafternoon Tea

In GEMS, we have a lot of keen crafters and Mrs Cheape wanted to organise a special event, the Crafternoon Tea! It was after school on the 16th of March and it finished at 5pm. Anyone from Year 5 to 8 could participate, however, there were only 30 available spaces. The crafters made a ‘Willy Wonka dreamcatcher’ which was delivered by Katie’s Garden, a team of professional crafters who work for a vintage craft/ tea shop in Sunderland. Also the lucky few got treats and drinks too.
