The Christmas Fair has come to Town!

Yes, it’s that time of year again folks, the mad rush of getting family and friends presents, `decorating the house and buying everything to make that perfect Christmas dinner. But, for teachers and pupils of GEMS, it was time to prepare for the Christmas fair! Here is a reminder of what was there: 7KW  did a copy Santa stall and a throw the halo on the tree; 5SL were selling Christmas decorations (if you needed some you needed to look no further); 8KP were making everyone glamorous in their nail bar; 8HC were preparing hot chocolate drinks  and selling Reindeer dust (don’t worry, it is not harmful to animals!); 6PW had asked Santa for toys and books to sell; 8KJ did a guess the reindeer’s name (I think it is Rudolf); and 7HTH looked for people to have a go at the classic game of eat the doughnut without using your hands.

There was a lot of hard work, effort and colour at the fair. There were many sweets won, lots of food purchased and many eager children taking on the responsibility of business.

The Fair was very successful with every stall making a profit and having positive feedback. It was certainly a very enjoyable experience for all.
