Lots of schools came from all over the surrounding areas of Newcastle to see the Poet Laureate perform, the hilarious and classic poems. Michael was able to give even the straightest teachers the case of the giggles. Mr Rosen’s poetry made lots of people laugh (writers included).

He has written many books including “We’re going on a bear hunt,” “Don’t put mustard in the custard” and “Sad book”

If you find out that he is performing nearby then go along and you’ll have a great time.
